This probably directly related to earlier reported bug about right/click close not working on Bodhi. https:/
I recently discovered while tested debian bullseye lxde that clicking an icon to toggle minimize/maximize works for plank, but when I built and switched to Moksha on same machine, this no longer works along with the right-click close dialog.
