Right-Click Close Doesn't work on Bodhi Linux

I am using Bodhi Linux which is Ubuntu 18.04 based with a fork of E17 called Moksha for its window manager.

It works great for me in general, however I cannot right-click close.

Any hints?

I first installed straight from bionic repos with apt, then updated to 0.11.89.5-20c1 from from testing ppa. Same behavior.

This happens whether I use compositing or not, but I do use picom (updated compton fork).
