After setting unhide-delay, plank doesn't respond to mouse-clicks

Output of plank -d is attached, but it there is no output while the problem is there. I assume I can add another attachment to a comment so I’ll add a screen cap which shows the behaviour.

I should’ve mentioned this happens with all the hide options, not just Intellihide.
