Bug Description

Plank makes impossible to move windows between monitor: it acts like a "barrier".

e.g:

MONITOR 1
         ^
          |
         V
MONITOR 2

Plank is on monitor 1, position: bottom.

It's impossible to move a window from monitor 1 to monitor 2 since Plank "blocks" the window.
A quick workaround I found was to move plank to the left side of monitor 1: this allowed me to move the windows without any block whatsoever.

I have the same Issue.
In my monitor setup I have two monitors side by side, where Plank is on the left side of the right monitor.

Monitor A | Monitor B
           P
           L
           A
           N
           K
           |

I am using elementary os in the version elementary OS 0.4.1 Loki with Plank in the version 0.11.3
I have attached screenshots with my settings as well as the error.
Plank blocks the window from moving completely to the second (left) monitor.

I have noticed that enabling the "Hide Dock" settings allows me to move windows to the left screen.
Currently I am using this workaround, however I would much rather have the dock visible at all times.

I have the same issue. Can't move a window from right (primary) to left screen if Plank is positioned on the left side of primary monitor and "Hide" feature is disabled.

Using Pop_OS 20.04.
