Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
Enable following settings:
Autohide: off
Position: left if plank is on the right monitor, right if plank is on the left monitor.
Attempt to drag a window from one monitor to the other; plank will prevent it from being moved beyond a certain threshold.
Distro: Archlinux
Plank Version: 0.11.4
DE: Gnome 3.28.2
