[Summary] Need to remove hiberhate test cases from 18.04 client cert test plan

[Steps to reproduce]
1. sudo add-apt-repository ppa:hardware-certification/public
2. sudo apt-get update
3. sudo apt-get install checkbox-ng canonical-certification-client -y
4. $ canonical-certification-cli
5. select "18.04 Client Certification Test test" plan
6. Check if hibernate test cases are removed

[Expected result]
hibernate test cases are removed from 18.04 client cert test plan

[Actual result]
hibernate test cases still in 18.04 client cert test plan
