I've just stumbled over the problem during re-compiling the current compiz package (F10).

I've just fixed it for myself by adding libXres-devel as BR to the spec file.
However, I'm not sure whether that's the correct way dealing with the problem.

Is there already an agreement what would be the best way to fix build problems in existing packages?
