Bug Description
Really simple, so I don't think I need to record a video (but let me know if you do want one!), and it occurred with the flatpak of Pinta 2.1.1 on both the live ISO of Linux Mint 21.3 Cinnamon and an installed copy of Linux Mint 20.3 Xfce.
With the ellipse tool, set 'Fill Style' to either "Outline Shape" or "Fill and Outline Shape"; you can use any 'Shape Type' but it'll be most obvious with 'Shape Type' set to "Ellipse".
The easiest way to see this is select a high-contrast color (e.g. black on a white canvas) and set your brush width to something like 50.
From there, simply draw an ellipse and the issue should become extremely apparent—your "ellipse" will look more like a low-polygon oval from an old late-90s/
