For the /run folder, the only other thing to try would be seeing if `fcd.CurrentFolder` or `fcd.CurrentFolderFile` work for the portal dialog, and if they return the "original" folder rather than the folder of the portal file that Pinta gets (currently, `fcd.File.Parent` is used to get the last dialog directory)
