Bug Description

Pint 1.7 for Windows

Win 10
Desktop: 3840x2160, 200% scaling

Pinta menus are all over the place, complete mess

I think this is an issue with GTK2's lack of support for high DPI screens - this is working properly in the in-progress port to GTK3
