Bug Description
Right after installing the program, the UI looks pretty messed up, mostly in terms of font-sizes.
I'm running Pinta on Windows 10.
Please see attached a screenshot of the appearance.

I think this is probably from having a high-DPI screen? (e.g. bug 1902153)
You could try the GTK3 build of Pinta which should address this - https:/
