Pinta not listed on "open with" msgbox

Bug Description

I want to associate JPG files with Pinta in Ubuntu. Somehow, Ubuntu (gnome?) list all available apps, and Pinta is not listed.
On Ubuntu 13.04, Pinta v1.3:
1) left-clic over a JPG on Nautilus
2) Properties, Open With tab
Result: Pinta not listed.

Pinta should appear under the "Recommended Applications" list. Can you try installing Pinta 1.4 from the stable builds PPA and see if the issue still persists?

I wasn't able to install it. Remember I'm using Ubuntu Raring 32 bits. Here
is my cli stdout:

The stable PPA will be updated for Raring/Saucy when Pinta 1.5 is released.
