I separated Fill Folder from Fill Image as its own option. In addition I enhanced the dispersion (missing pixels!) algorithm. http://bebraw.googlepages.com/tamogen_dispersion.jpg shows the idea (tiles are scaled to fit empties) and http://bebraw.googlepages.com/tamogen_finished_dispersion.jpg shows the result.
