Try again with apt-get source percona-xtradb-server .
Please note the sources are signed, so you might need to install a public key:
gpg --no-default-keyring --keyring trustedkeys.gpg --import RPM-GPG-KEY-percona ,
where RPM-GPG-KEY-percona is http://www.percona.com/percona-builds/RPM-GPG-KEY-percona
