Tried to repeat bug today and without luck.

All who still can repeat: try to re-create sequence of actions you are using. How do you use GET_LOCK/RELEASE_LOCK? Do you use locks with same name on different nodes? What are you doing between GET_LOCK/RELEASE_LOCK calls?
