/usr/lib/percona-xtradb-cluster-galera-2.x/ as prefix for
Galera-2, and similarly for galera-3. Similarly for RPM.

One of the issues that I forsee here is that upgrades will break
since in cnf location will be unchanged. One of the ways to fix
this is to add compile time defines for library locations to PXC.

Also need to update RPM packaging to split garbd (which is
already done in galera).
