Status quo is that I have added another encryption/decryption
(openssl based) to SST. PXB 2.1.4 will also have Xtrabackup-based
encryption fixed. The only work left with this:

a) Document this.

b) Resolve inconsistency mentioned here - https://bugs.launchpad.net/percona-xtrabackup/+bug/1190335/comments/11
