Well,

I attempted to investigate the spec file and the first anomaly I can find (as far as I can remember from the spec standards) is that for most of the package definitions there's a definition for some native package name on the Provides list and then re-definition within the Conflicts list, I believe that this might create some kind of confusion/race-condition since the very package that Provides a package (like mysql-server in the case of Percona-XtraDB-Cluster) is at the same time conflicting being installed with it on the same system, this is so confusing!

I as well attempted to rebuilt the srpm however experiencing some build errors at the moment to verify my theory, however the original package builder could better verify that :)
