I've just upgraded the concerned node in PXDBC to v5.5.41-25.11-853.wheezy and Percona Xtrabackup to v2.2.10-1.wheezy and faced this bug but after trying to downgrade to v5.5.37 of PXDBC and v2.2.3 of Percona Xtrabackup, the server still crashes but with another stack trace described in this thread : http://www.percona.com/forums/questions-discussions/mysql-and-percona-server/33640-production-percona-db-crashing-repeatedly ... :(
