Could it be same as the concern I posted here, http://www.mysqlperformanceblog.com/2013/11/27/percona-xtrabackup-a-workaround-for-failed-assertion-bug/? Does running ALTER TABLE ... ENGINE=InnoDB can partially alleviate the bug?
