That would be great. I was think it could be done per query type

# Query N: ID ..
# Server1: hostname:port
# Server2: hostname:port
#
# Found X differences
# ..
# Server 1 Server2
#

The main issue I have with the truncation is the results for the second server are shown as '...' the hostname truncation is more off a side effect.
