Bug Description
We should check the master and slave timezone settings and confirm they are set to the same value, otherwise throw an alert that there may be differences on date/time fields.

Not just check timezone, but also run NOW() on master/slave and make sure they are the same. If master OS is in PDT and mysql starts, mysql will continue to operate in PDT even if the OS timezone is changed. This makes it "appear" as if both are the same zone but in fact are not.
