Not repeatable for me with 2.2.4 as well:

$ ~/mysql_packages/percona-toolkit-2.2.4/bin/pt-slave-find --report-format hostname h=127.0.0.1,P=3371,u=root
127.0.0.1:3371
+- 127.0.0.1:3374
   +- 127.0.0.1:3372
+- 127.0.0.1:3373

Probably using remote hosts is required to repeat this bug.
