Hm quite weird. To hep you Rob, I've attached a special copy of pt-table-checksum that will print the differing checksum results it supposedly sees as well as all checksum results for the table in question. You don't need to run with PTDEBUG since we're already established that that doesn't have the info we need. Just run as usual and anytime there's a diff, the tool will dump rows to STDERR.
