I tried to reproduce this issue on the latest version of Percona Server 5.1 and issue is reproducible.
I set the innodb_dict_size_limit option to 128M and run siege on frontend of application.
On separate console I watched the size of 'Dictionary memory allocated' variable and once it grow to value of 128M the mysqld process crashed.
I've got the backtrace from core file and attached it to this bug.
Pls look on it and reply if you will need any additional information.
