Comment 20 for bug 1417810

I looked at /etc/mysql/debian-start and I think mysql_upgrade is actually executed on this on restart.

Anyway, we will see if the issue is reproduced on the old kernel and look at tuning the innodb_log_buffer_size (though as mentioned, that value's never been changed, the assertion error never occurred until the upgrade to 5.5.41, and the mysql_upgrade/mysqlcheck didn't report any tables needing upgrade.
