If the Common Name - the same

# mysql --ssl=1 --ssl-ca=/etc/mysql/ssl/ca-cert.pem --ssl-cert=/etc/mysql/ssl/client-cert.pem --ssl-key=/etc/mysql/ssl/client-key.pem -u root -p
Enter password:
ERROR 2026 (HY000): SSL connection error: error:00000001:lib(0):func(0):reason(1)

If different - everything is working fine
