Currently some of the categories like linux-media, input, ASoc (ALSA), etc. are missing.
I propose the following solutions to solve this problem (i.e., add
missing categories):

1. Automatically create the category (if it does not exist) the moment
a first patch is submitted to a list (this is based on the mailing address).
2. Provide an option for the user to create a category if it does not exist.
