The windows not resize when plank run on no-hide mode

Bug Description

When i chose the no-hide mode for plank and chose maximized mode for the application windows, then the application windows did not resize to fix with plank. Plank always took a position at bottom of the max windows. It's hard to view content at bottom of Chrome, FF, Eclipse, pantheon-terminal windows. The version of libplank & plank in Luna unstable 01112012 has no this bug.

@Thang Nguyen: Make sure you are running an up2date version (0.2.0~bzr715+dnd373-0elementary1) and try to reproduce.
