Zed no longer supports Python 3.6/7 so the point is whether we want to care yoga and older.

However, I think lowering the minimum bound in setup.cfg does not much harm, so I'll restore Python 3.6/3.7 support temporally when I submit/merge the fix for this bug and then revert it once release is done.
