On closer look at the patch, it was originally authored by Aymeric and subsequently revised by Tim, Clay and Matthew so it would make sense for any of the above to push it to the indicated branches at 15:00 UTC once this bug is switched to public. If none of you are available for that time, I'm happy to do it instead of course.
