System.IO.IOException at Orts.Viewer3D.SharedTextureManager.Get (1.2.3766, Mumbai Subarban, Trivandrum Rajkot Express, Open Rails doesn't run after installing Class50 & SD40-2 updates)

Greetings Sir
I've recently installed Open Rails on my HP laptop running on Windows 8 OS. I've also installed MSTS in order to make use of the many basic files required by various routes.
I've started initially by running the 6 default MSTS routes in Open Rails by pointing to the Msts folder. The routes ran really fine for quite some time. Then as per the requirement of the route "Mumbai 2005" by Shri Nitin Bhandare, I installed Newroads as well as Class50 & SD40-2 updates.
But since then, no route is working. It shows uo avery confusing error at the start. Why is this happening?? Please guide me on this.
The Open Rails log file has been attached for your reference.

Hi Ankur,

Thanks for getting in touch and sharing your OpenRailsLog.txt file.

This shows that Open Rails is trying to delete a temporary file 'C:\Users\ADMIN\AppData\Local\Temp\tmp9A90.tmp' and cannot because something else on your PC is locking it.

Try re-booting your PC and then starting the GoaAhm.act again.
