Comment 12 for bug 1254531

From my bible (USA trainsim forum) I read: "Pivot specifies the number of pixels in the Y direction (i.e. down) from the top-center of the needle graphic." So it seems to work correctly.
I re-checked in MSTS: in fact the author of the cabview has used a trick: there is a superposition of two controls on top left of the cabview (attivazione_loco.ace and attivazione_IR.ace). When the sequence comes to the transparent frame of attivazione_loco.ace, MSTS lets become transparent also the superimposed attivazione_IR.ace. So it is a trick that does not need to work under OR, I think. Problem n. 2 remains... apparently inverting both NumPositions and NumValues does not work correctly under MSTS.
