Currently, oq-engine-server serves only one platform installation (as Database connection settings are specified in the settings file).

We want to be able to configure multiple oq-platform installations to be selectable at runtime.

Thus, when a calculation is spawn, oq-platform will pass both the callback url and the database configuration key in order to configure the trigger_migration script.
