Comment 13 for bug 280160

The "'/etc/NetworkManager/dispatcher.d/01ifupdown' exited with error status 1." message comes from the script being called with the "vpn-up"/"vpn-down" second parameter, which it doesn't understand. See https://bugs.launchpad.net/network-manager/+bug/269071/+viewstatus
