Stef, could you speak more about the entry form? Here's the language GNOME uses for the Outreach Program for Women:

This program is open to anyone who was assigned female at birth and anyone who identifies as a woman, genderqueer, genderfluid, or genderfree regardless of gender presentation or assigned sex at birth.
Honestly though, we only care how they identify, nothing else. So you can remove Other and use Male, Female, Prefer not to say.
