Comment 12 for bug 948562

New fix attempt, using xml ™ instead on TM like in other docs. I figured since my first fix was the same as the other documents where the TM is I would try something different this time. Bug fix at: https://review.openstack.org/#change,5171. Let me know if this one works, the TM did show up on my machine when I tried it
