Okay,I found two same problem in this mannul.
1.[OpenStack Networking Guide],section[Scenario: Legacy with Linux Bridge]

I think " the the " should be modified to "the " too.

2.[OpenStack Networking Guide],section[Using SR-IOV functionality]

On every controller node running nova-scheduler add PCIDeviceScheduler to the the scheduler_default_filters parameter and add a new line for scheduler_available_filters parameter under the [default] section in /etc/nova/nova.conf:
