'messagingv2' should be used for enabling notifications via oslo.messaging. '*.openstack.common.*' is the backward-compatibility solution which will be deprecated eventually. oslo.messaging was adopted in icehouse/juno.

also, the swift middleware packaged in ceilometer is deprecated as of kilo cycle so we should update docs to include new location (ceilometermiddleware)
