Bug Description
The entire Guide does not do a good job of identifying what is to be applied to the controller node vs to the compute node. (It is better than past, for sure, but still needs improvement). Someone needs to try to follow the directions from a ground install, and see that they do not presently funtion "as-is" because people do not know to which node to the directions always apply.
Best: Please craft a seperate chapter that shows everything needed from a ground install of Ununtu 12.04 LTS to build a controller node. Do the same for a compute node. Add an another chapter describing how to add Cinder to the compute node.
Not Ideal: In every section of the book, but particularly chapter five, be very specific about what has to be done on the controller node and what has to be done on the compute node.
FIX: Please eliminate ANY references to copying files (or relying upon them being copied) between the controller and the compute node. This is not a good practice.
Cheers,
Glenn
