Bug Description

From a doc comment

I guess this page needs to be better explained. I tried installing and getting confused following
1. where do i install nova-network (On compute or controller)
2. If to be installed on compute1 node, then should i create keystorerc again (like the one created in controller?)
3. nova network-create command displays 'nova not installed'. what packages do i need to install?
it would be helpful if this page explains which commands to execute on which node. can some one pl advice

It would be great to clearly state what goes where.

For Neutron services, indicate up front:
- Neutron itself typically runs on the controller or a dedicated set of network nodes. We also need to state exactly what we're doing in our install guide, is there a separate networking node or does the non-agent service go on the controller?
- Neutron agents run on the compute nodes

Basically the same as bug 1245968. Mark duplicate?
