Hi yup,

So, the watermark was a stop-gap we could do quickly - never intended as full solution to the problem. If the RST conversion was the eventual solution, this bug should remain open until it is completed.

However, unfortunately, the RST template doesn't actually do anything to mark outdated doc pages :)
