Comment 48 for bug 1191447

The original bug was about marking old docs pages to make readers more aware of their age. We implemented the release name watermark to try and counteract that original problem. Additionally, with the RST conversion and the new docs theme, we are increasingly moving away from the old styles, anyway, which is resolving some of the other niggling usability issues that are touched on here.
