Hello,

Creating swift project in Transifex meets with problem because Transifex suddenly changes the policy: projects cannot be created if the organization has the source language translation team. OpenStack organization in Transifex has English team. So we cannot create projects with source language setting as English.

I have asked help from Transifex team. After a long time communication, they finally recognized this issue. Below is their response email. I think, it might take some time till they fix this issue. I will update as soon as I get any updates from Transifex.
