Gertty isn't actually formally an openstack infra project. It lives in stackforge and is a jeblair hobby project. Mostly that doesn't matter except that gertty tracks bugs in storyboard under its own name, https://storyboard.openstack.org/#!/project/698. Bugs should be filed there.

Also, it would probably help debugging tremendously if you included steps to reproduce this behavior in your bug report. (detailed step by step how you wrote and attempted to post comments process).
