Comment 1 for bug 1268725

I've hit this at least a couple times on the check-requirements-integration-dsvm job...

...and matching times up to the apache logs on static.openstack.org (where pypi.o.o is a vhost), I can't find any errors which correspond--only 200 OK entries. No idea if there's a transparent proxy between these which could be having trouble, though for what it's worth the ones I've checked were in hpcloud-az2 slaves.
