    Garbage collect Git repos in gerrit-git-prep

    * modules/jenkins/files/slave_scripts/gerrit-git-prep.sh: Sometimes
    Git repositories can be left in a dirty state, preventing subsequent
    operations. If a git remote update fails, garbage collect and then
    try again.
