There is no link to /developer/openstack-ansible/install-guide/index.html online.

I would be interested to know why/how you attempted this link without writing it yourself based off previous versions?

I will add a link to http://docs.openstack.org/developer/openstack-ansible/developer-docs/index.html to make it clearer for new deployers.
