    tasks: aodh_install.yml: Fix virtualenv-tools issue on openSUSE

    This is similar to Id7a1d25732de7d6c9001a5ef3bcce7ae02da5350
    openSUSE is also suffering from the same virtualenv-tools issue so
    we need to remove the existing python-2.7 symlink.
