Bug Description

Please update all branches to use this new RabbitMQ download URL:

http://mirror.rackspace.com/rabbitmq/rabbitmq-server_3.4.3-1_all.deb

It looks like the Mirror team forgot they had it already online :

https://mirror.rackspace.com/rackspaceprivatecloud/downloads/rabbitmq-server_3.4.3-1_all.deb

Might be a better path
